08.01.2025 | August Hopefuls

Hello Beasties!

I'm excited for a new month of reading! While I'm not disappointed with my reading at all so far this year, I am hoping to get through some more books! I'd especially love to get through some more of my backlist of books.

I've recently gone through and done some reorganizing of my books and my shelves. And to say the least, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by my collection.

So, going into August, I pulled out some books that have been sitting on my shelf for a while.  Plus, I have a book club pick! It's been a while since I've made myself an actual Hopefuls list. I've just been such a mood reader lately. But I'd really like to try and get back into the habit of making these lists! I do love lists!

Though, again, my moodreader has been very strong lately. So we'll see what I actually pick up. Hopefully, I can actually finish all of these and then some!
