Hello Beasties!

Who else is excited for a new reading month?

I'm always excited for a new month. And especially this month as it's time for my annual May reading challenge, Unread BOTMay!

If you aren't familiar with this one, its very simple! Basically I plan to focus on picking up my unread picks from my Book of the Month subscription. Though, you could easily do this with any of your book subs! Maybe someday I'll be mostly caught up with my BOTM picks and might incorporate some of my other subs into this challenge as well. Or (probably more likely) I'll come up with a fun reading challenge for those subs! I know, I know. I have a problem. But I just love books and book subscriptions!

Yesterday, I actually pulled out all my remaining unread BOTM books, and I was astonished by how many I still had left to read. Oops! There is truly no shelf control with me. I honestly thought I was doing "decent" at trying to catch up with these. Clearly not! But hey, that's what this challenge is meant to help!

Based on my never ending stack of books, I do plan to make a BOTM pick specific TBR jar to help me if I do get stuck on what to read next. I honestly found this helpful especially as I have just so many books.
